Draft II, Climate Change Facilitation Project (CCFP), January 14, 2015

A first draft of this paper was released coinciding with the UN Climate Summit, September 23, 2014. Many good suggestions on the draft were received since then, and discussions with climate leaders and supporters of this project have resulted in this revised and expanded edition. The paper outlines the key concepts, steps, and discusses good practices for implementing an effective and collaborative sector-wide multi-stakeholder planning and action process to mitigate climate change.
